What Shoppers Say About miir.com
Shoppers report serious problems with miir.com, with the vast majority expressing frustration over unresponsive customer service and product quality issues. Multiple reviewers describe unanswered emails and non-functional phone lines, leaving them unable to resolve problems or access warranty support. Product defects are a recurring concern, including rust formation on tumblers and mugs after brief use, peeling finishes, and quality control failures like receiving used or damaged items directly from the box.
The overwhelmingly negative feedback centers on the company's apparent indifference to customer concerns and product durability. One reviewer mentioned receiving a refund after escalating a complaint publicly, suggesting the company may respond to social pressure but not proactive customer outreach. With 5 reviews averaging 1.4 out of 5, shoppers consistently warn others to be cautious about purchasing from this retailer.

Sorted by: Most recentSo let down by my experience here. I wish I had researched this company more thoroughly before placing my order. My package still hasn't shown up, nobody has responded to my emails, and their phone line isn't working. This was supposed to be a special goodbye gift for someone I care about and now I have nothing to give them.
Their customer support team responded once and then completely ignored all my follow-up messages. I was just trying to use their warranty on my defective item. I would definitely be cautious about doing business with this company.
Absolutely terrible experience with this company! Nobody ever picks up when you call. Customer service is basically nonexistent. The tumblers they sell are poor quality and rust really easily because their finishing process is clearly flawed. It's obvious they don't care about either their customers or making decent products. That's probably why you see so many negative reviews about them online.
Really frustrated here. After just a few months of careful hand washing, my mug turned brown with what looks like rust and the finish started peeling off. I've emailed customer service three separate times with no response whatsoever, not even a basic acknowledgment. I won't be ordering from them again and would suggest skipping their substandard merchandise and support.
