They just wrapped a single sheet of packing material around the blanks with nothing protecting the tip or handle. I've called and emailed multiple times over two weeks and haven't received any response from customer service.
This happened to me twice. I placed online orders and they charged my card. Two days later, both orders got cancelled. I got automated apologies that meant nothing. Management hasn't fixed this problem in years. Don't trust them. They're acting like crooks.
