The merchandise I received was damaged upon arrival. It looked like it had been used before and arrived in a damaged box with parts not secured properly inside. Filing a return claim turned out to be really frustrating with tons of back and forth and required me to submit photos multiple times. Eventually got the refund but the whole process took way longer than it should have.

My order arrived damaged. The item was clearly already used and the box was falling apart with everything just thrown inside. Getting a return set up has been a nightmare with lots of back and forth emails and them asking for pictures of everything. A refund is happening but it should not have taken this many hoops to jump through.
