I'm actually a huge Fiestaware fan and absolutely love the bright colors and cute style. My collection has grown pretty substantial because I genuinely adore the pieces. So imagine how upset I was when my platter cracked right down the middle as I was taking it out of the dishwasher, even though they say it's dishwasher safe. I called them about getting a replacement since I was really heartbroken about it, but they basically said no. They told me they only replace platters that chip around the edges, not ones that break like mine did. Their response left me confused and honestly disappointed because they market these as standing behind their products. I'm hoping they'll think it over and change their mind on this, because I'd really like to trust this brand the way I used to.

Got my 5-piece set in sunflower today and wow, I'm blown away! The dinner plate, saucer, bowl, salad plate, and cup are absolutely stunning. The quality is incredible and the color just makes me happy every time I use them. I'd grabbed a skillet and some ramekins in the same sunflower shade before, and both are fantastic pieces. Love that the skillet works in the microwave, which was a huge reason I picked it up. Treated myself and couldn't be happier with the decision. This company has been around for 150 years and really stands behind what they sell, plus they offer a 5 year chip replacement warranty. The dinnerware is lead free and safe for the microwave, dishwasher, and oven. I've wanted these for ages and finally made it happen. Their customer service team is fantastic and super helpful. Planning to become a serious collector for myself and my family. I even gave some pieces as gifts to my sons, and thinking about them enjoying their new dishes makes me smile. Really pleased with everything from Fiesta.
