I needed help choosing between three faucet options so I started a chat with their team. The rep was incredibly rude and bailed on me right away claiming she couldn't assist. This is my third kitchen sink and faucet set from them in 4 years, and this experience has me done with them for good. They shipped the wrong soap dispenser with my order. I specifically asked for black matte everything, but they sent me a silver one instead. When I asked to escalate the issue, they ignored me and told me they wouldn't replace it because I was outside the return window. That doesn't make sense when they're the ones who messed up the order. I even gave them chances to fix it, but they refused over a $35 part. Everyone I know is going to hear about how poorly they treat customers.

I'd steer clear of this company. Their product pages were confusing and led me to order a shower drain pan thinking it was 60 inches when it turned out to be 48 inches. After returning it, the website showed the refund was approved, so I thought I was getting my money back. Turns out one of their reps told me it never actually got processed. Plus they put the wrong date on my return order. At this point I'm done with them. If you absolutely must order from them, try to get JD on the phone since he's actually professional and knows what he's doing. But honestly, avoid them and their affiliated companies if you can.

Don't waste your money on this place. I got a jacuzzi that arrived broken, and when I tried to get help, they basically ghosted me for a whole year. They kept passing the buck and eventually said it wasn't their responsibility. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else.

Their checkout process is sneaky. The cart showed a Grand Total, which should mean that's the final amount. But once I got to PayPal, boom, they tacked on shipping charges. If it was truly a Grand Total, nothing else should get added. This felt intentional to me. I ended up buying from a competitor instead who was upfront about all costs from start to finish. This company and their sister site are now on my do-not-buy list. Words have actual meanings.
