Almost a month ago I placed an order and still haven't received anything. This is completely unacceptable for what I paid. When I asked about getting my money back, there's been nothing but silence. I would never recommend this business to anyone.
This is a great business and I've been ordering consistently for roughly two and a half years with mostly wonderful results. I used to really like their discontinued Wreck'd line, but now I stick with their Adios MF blend which is fantastic, smooth, tasty, and delivers great results. Orders arrive fast, usually within four or five days, and their support team is responsive and helpful, even when I'm asking them tons of questions. I switched over from other brands like Binoid and 3 Chi after finding Delta Extrax because their prices are lower and honestly their products are superior.
Over a week and a half has gone by since I ordered. My stuff has been packed and sitting ready to ship for two days now. I got in touch with them and they explained it takes five business days plus another ten days might pass after it ships. Were they really not prepared for extra sales during the 4 to 20 holiday weekend when they ran their promotion? You need to do better by your customers. This is ridiculous and I'm not coming back.
I've ordered from them before, but this last experience is the final straw. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. I added something to my cart just to check shipping costs and it automatically charged me. I let them know right away to halt shipment, but they sent it anyway. When I complained, they didn't care and gave me a bogus explanation. I asked to close my account and got the same treatment, just a dismissive goodbye with no real answer. There are plenty of other solid companies out there to buy from instead.
I placed an order on December 24th, so I was expecting there might be some delays because of the holiday season. My order shipped on December 31st with a delivery window of January 6th. This is actually the second time shipping has given me problems with this company. Previously, I got a tracking number for a completely different customer's order, not mine. I tried calling and emailing their support team multiple times but nobody ever called back or responded. I was worried the other customer might have gotten my stuff and my personal information while I had theirs.

I'm really let down because I don't just use these for myself, I also work in retail and I'm always recommending this brand to my customers. At this point I don't know if I can keep doing that.

Service is absolutely terrible. Customer support is equally bad. Plus, I got a damaged, leaking product. I sent my order in on Sunday night. Nothing happened Monday, so I emailed Monday evening. Still no response. However, they did print a shipping label that made it look like it shipped, even though the order hadn't even been picked or packed. So I sent another message. Again, no reply to either of my emails. USPS picked up the order four days later. Four entire days just to assemble my order. Then when it finally arrived, one item showed up damaged and leaking, and the vape pen isn't working right. The product itself is just average. I'm giving one star only because the package did show up, even if it's practically unusable. And obviously, they never answered my complaint about the broken items either. Not sure how this place stays operational.
