Felt let down after spending several weeks trying different approaches with this machine. Really disappointed with my Almond Cow experience. I used mine carefully for about a year and then it started having problems with the blending function, leaving chunks of nuts in the milk. I reached out to their support team with all the details they asked for including pictures and even a video. After going through their whole process, they basically said the motor couldn't be fixed and since I was past the warranty period, the best they'd offer was a refurbished top for fifty bucks plus tax. What bothered me most was getting the same generic responses from different people, all saying they wished they could help but their hands were tied. When I asked to talk to someone higher up, they told me the Customer Care Manager was as high as it goes and the company has a blanket policy against free replacements once you're out of warranty. The really absurd part? They actually told me these machines aren't designed to last longer than a year or two, which is pretty weak for a $245 purchase. Don't buy this if you want any kind of longevity or decent support.

Been really happy making cashew and almond milk with my Almond Cow. The whole process is fast and doesn't take much effort to clean up afterward. Everything about using it is pretty simple and straightforward. The only part I find a little tricky sometimes is getting the metal nut holder attached to the grinder since there's not a ton of space to work with.

I bought the milk maker along with the glass jar and brush thinking the whole thing was returnable based on what the company advertised. Word of caution to other shoppers: the glass jar and brush cannot be sent back. When I contacted them about this, they said they didn't want to clutter their website with all the return restrictions so they just put it in the fine print under returns. Nobody checks that before buying! If you're going to have these rules, make them obvious at checkout instead of hiding them in legal text. They should spell out what you can and can't return right up front, not surprise you later.
