My husband measured both me and the jeans to check. Turns out I'm a 24, but the 24s measure as a 28 and the 22s measure as a 20. These jeans really need someone to check their quality control.
Ordered what I thought were regular traditional denim jeans online. What I got instead were stretchy pants. Almost 100 dollars for 2 pairs and they're basically plastic. This is ridiculous. What happened to actual denim? Nobody asked for stretchy pants.
Would definitely give 0 stars if I could. Service is terrible. Product hasn't shipped in over a week now. When I call customer service they just tell me they'll provide an update soon. This company doesn't seem to follow any proper procedures for handling orders.
Lee used to be my first choice for jeans. Not anymore because the quality tanked. Bought a pair, washed it, and it came out all wrinkled like paper. Can't even wear them, such a ripoff. My older Lee jeans washed at the same time came out perfect. Definitely looking for a different brand going forward.
The Lee jeans I got didn't fit right compared to my other 12 to 15 pairs from Lee that fit great. Used to be loyal to the brand but not anymore. When I called customer service to explain the situation they were really rude about it.
I placed an order on July 4th. The website promised FedEx economy delivery within 6 days max. Got a message it would arrive on the 9th. Nope. Now it's the 14th and the package is stuck somewhere in North Carolina with no delivery date in sight. I was nervous about ordering straight from Lee without any shipping guarantee, but I decided to give it a shot anyway. Should have checked the reviews first. Really let down.
I ordered 2 pairs of Lee jeans. They're just not the same quality anymore. Plus they charge you to send stuff back, 8 bucks per pair in my case. Total waste of money. Not worth buying their jeans, especially with those shipping charges.
The quality of the materials and workmanship is poor. Way too expensive for what you're getting. I returned my order but heard nothing back for a while. Finally got my refund after I had to chase them down myself. Even if the jeans were decent I wouldn't risk my money with them again.
The return and refund experience was absolutely terrible. They make you hang around for a week to two weeks after they get your item back before refunding you. I waited the full time and still no money. Called to check on it and they basically said to wait another week to two weeks. Not happy at all.
Worst company ever. I bought jeans for 44 dollars and some change. Sent them back because the quality was bad. Got back 27 dollars and some change. Nothing was wrong with my return. This company just decided to keep 16 dollars and some change. That's theft in my book. I'm done with Lee for good. Never giving this dishonest company another chance.
