Emails went unanswered and their chat said someone was always busy. Finally called and was told it was backordered, which nobody mentioned when I bought it. I asked to cancel and was promised a 2 day refund. A week went by with nothing, so I called back and got told 5 to 7 days. That was 3 weeks ago and I still don't have my money. This is frustrating and disappointing. I shouldn't be the only customer dealing with this problem. They need to fix how they operate or nobody's going to shop there. They used to be better than this.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I ordered a skirt back in March and shipped it back with their return label. Still haven't seen my money. I'm out $286 and it's been 4 months. Customer service keeps telling me they got the item back and my refund is coming in a few days, but nothing has shown up yet. This is unacceptable.

Tried placing an order three times online and all three got blocked. First I thought I messed up the info, but everything was right. Tried again with the same card and it was rejected for fraud. Called customer service and they just told me to use a different card and contact my bank. Called my bank and they said there's no issue on their end. The card had a zero balance and no problems. Tried a third time with another card and guess what, that got canceled too. Each time it happened there was no cancellation email, I had to check the website to see what went wrong. But they sure were quick to send a confirmation email when I first tried to buy. Three strikes and you're out is what my dad used to say. I won't be ordering from them again.
Their customer service is absolutely terrible. They ignore apartment numbers even when you tell them multiple times. This whole experience has been such a headache. Don't bother ordering here. The package claimed to be from Florida but actually shipped from Pakistan. Took forever, like 6 weeks to arrive. The jackets themselves are cheap quality, way smaller than the sizes suggest, and don't match the pictures at all. They say they have returns but you pay to send stuff back. Not ordering from them again.

Meanwhile this place regularly takes a month or two. After waiting so long I didn't even want the jacket anymore, so I called to cancel. Their customer service said they can't cancel orders once placed, even if nothing's shipped yet. They wouldn't budge on it. I'm upset I ever ordered from them in the first place. Not going back.
