A week passed with nothing. I called back, waited 30 minutes on hold, and was told someone would call me back. Still haven't heard from them. I've read about this company's poor customer service and now I've experienced it firsthand. I won't be purchasing from them again.

He took it back and reported it to the store. We asked for a refund twice and got nowhere. We were trapped paying the extra money with no way out. The Beauty Rest Royo Big And Tall office chair failed after just one year. You'd think there would be at least one chair model where the cylinder doesn't eventually give out, forcing you to keep pumping it back up, but this isn't it. For what we paid, this chair should have lasted much longer.
