They wanted me to photograph the MISSING ITEMS! How am I supposed to do that when they're literally not there? Makes no sense.

Had a rough day with them! The order took 30 minutes longer than promised and arrived ice cold. Way too much charged for the delivery and extra fees. Definitely wouldn't recommend.
Absolutely terrible. Don't bother. The driver drove past without stopping even after I called and texted. Hours went by with no food, it was getting late and nowhere else had availability, plus no way to reach anyone at the company.

Awful. Spent 2 hours waiting, rang twice about delivery and once to the restaurant since the food was ready, but no driver ever collected it. Just awful service and I'm not using them again. Honestly a total mess.
Worst app out there. First situation (though it's happened before but wasn't this bad): got cancelled after 1 hour extra wait time beyond the original 50 minute estimate. Messaged support and surprisingly got $30 credit. Second situation: placed an order and 20 minutes past the 50 minute window the driver picked it up, then right away the app says it's been delivered when it clearly hasn't. Rider support rang and said the packaging got damaged and needs redelivery but that would take another hour or more. By then it's too late for dinner for the kids. Hit up support since the rider can't compensate, and they outright rejected giving anything. Honestly the worst platform around, waits are much longer than competitors, and if they mess up you end up with nothing. At least based on other people's experiences I didn't lose cash, though plenty of others have.
