Really disappointed with the basketball hoop my kid bought. He worked hard to save up $800 for it, but the base started leaking water and the whole thing collapsed, breaking several parts. Been trying to get in touch with customer service for over a week now and nobody's responding to my messages. They've got a note on their site saying they can't pick up the phone because of the situation, but that's just not acceptable. Definitely not happy with how this has been handled.
