The unit itself doesn't work properly and the company won't stand behind it. Even worse is how their staff handles things through email, promising replacements and then asking endless follow-up questions before ultimately refusing to help. When you try to get their attention about something specific, they just ignore you completely. I wouldn't recommend buying from them since the product doesn't function right and the support is terrible.
Their customer service is really disappointing. I spent three straight days dealing with BlueAir and their awful AI-powered help system about a problem with my filter subscription. I wanted to cancel one subscription that would be replaced by another one, but the management page kept throwing an error saying something went wrong loading my subscriptions. What's funny is that the confirmation email for the NEW subscription told me to go to that exact page, but neither subscription would show up there. The AI customer service just kept repeating the same unhelpful solutions over and over. Eventually the system pushed me to talk to an actual person (though I'm not entirely sure they were real) who told me there's a known bug and I should try using a PC and a different browser instead of my Mac. Two problems with this: First, why didn't the AI know about this known issue and give me that answer the many times I asked for help? Second, the actual person wasn't much better than the AI. It then took forever just to get them to cancel a subscription I couldn't even see, and then they asked if I wanted to cancel the new one too.
I've had to replace my Dream Well Humidifier H76i three times in just three months. The first one stopped working after two months, the second one broke after three days, and the third one never worked at all from day one. These units are not worth your money. The company clearly has no idea how to manufacture humidifiers. Their air filters are acceptable though.
Their customer service is really bad. BlueAir doesn't answer emails or respond to customers at all. They said they'd replace my unit because the power cord popped out, but I haven't heard from them in a week. A loose cable is actually a widespread problem with their purifiers. Go ahead and get an air purifier, just not from blueair.
This unit works great for me. My allergies are so much better and I don't get itchy eyes anymore.

The replacement filters are subpar, and the site is confusing when trying to order replacements (enter a serial number and get an error, use a model number and get dozens of options). Watch out because they won't accept returns if you order the wrong part. Don't buy from them.

The customer support here is absolutely unacceptable and I'm upset with my purchase decision. Not only did they send me a broken air purifier once, but twice. When it came time for a replacement, they wanted to ship me another unit with the identical defect. I feel bad for all their retail partners who have to deal with unhappy customers because of BlueAir's incompetence. Over four months of back and forth emails and they haven't fixed a single thing. The retailer has been much more helpful than BlueAir themselves.
The 7770i looks impressive, but the technology doesn't work well. The wifi connection fails constantly, the screen freezes up, and night mode stays dark once you get it connected, but then you can't access it again to fix it since it won't connect. There's absolutely no customer support available, I've sent multiple emails and gotten zero replies. The tech is just broken. I purchased three units and I'm returning all of them. Super disappointing because I really wanted these to work out.
Way too pricey for what you get, especially with the app features, but the app loses connection all the time and getting it to reconnect is basically impossible. When you try reaching their support team, they just send you a massive form requesting all your personal details and information. Who has hours to fill all that out? Just don't buy this product.
