Ordered catering for 20 guests and got way less food than expected. It was really embarrassing and upsetting. When I called about it, they just told me to reach out next week since they couldn't do anything right then. Pretty frustrating. Nobody ever followed up with me either, not a single call or email asking what happened or offering to make it right. They wanted payment upfront, and once they had my money, they basically vanished. My second call to voice my frustration went to a manager who was incredibly rude. She kept interrupting me and wouldn't let me get a word in, making it crystal clear she couldn't care less. Zero apology, zero accountability, just attitude. This was totally unprofessional and unacceptable. I'm never using them for catering again and wouldn't suggest them to anyone who expects basic service or professionalism.

Amazing experience with their customer service team. When I had an issue with a decorator part, they replaced it right away and actually sent me two extras. The whole thing came via express shipping. Couldn't have been happier with how they handled it.

Bought 20 items yesterday for over a hundred dollars and they were disappointing. They definitely weren't fresh and had no flavor to them. Called to complain and was told they were prepared fresh that day, but I bake a lot and I could tell they were thawed out. Don't recommend.

Had a really unpleasant interaction with a customer service rep who was short with me and kind of rude when I just wanted to check if something was available. Sorry for asking you to actually help customers. Not shopping there anymore.

Drove a long way to visit and my electric vehicle's battery ran low. Asked the staff if I could charge up there and get directions to the nearest charging station, but they gave me completely wrong information and wouldn't let me use their outlet. Ended up having to call for roadside assistance to get help.

Should honestly be zero stars. Their online customer support is completely useless and frustrating. Not buying anything from this brand again. The websites are fake, the promises about support don't mean anything, and all that bragging about great service is nonsense. I tried contacting them through 5 different sites they claim connect you to support and got nothing but busy signals on every single one. Really disappointed.

These fence panels have a really rough surface and there's mold on them. Quality-wise, they're worse than cheap wooden stuff you'd find at a big box store. The actual color doesn't match what was shown online at all.

Not purchasing from Wilton anymore. The dimensions listed on their website are wrong with no explanation like 'these are interior measurements, not exterior,' so customers end up buying the right item by mistake. Then you're stuck paying shipping charges both ways and wasting time over an error that shouldn't have happened. Total letdown.

Been using Wilton stuff for my cake decorating hobby for years now and honestly can't praise them enough. The chocolate pieces and fondant aren't my thing though - you can make better versions yourself for less money if you want to put in the effort. But their decorating tools are top notch. Yes, they cost more upfront, but they'll last you a lifetime and the pans especially are absolutely worth every penny. You really can't mess up choosing Wilton.
