Purchased their Linux Fs for Windows software but never got around to using it. When I finally tried to install and activate it, activation wouldn't go through. Sent three requests for help and got no responses. For personal use their products are questionable anyway, but if you need them for work, forget about it. Super unreliable.
The actual software is solid, but the customer support ruins everything. In 2022 there were issues with their new license portal. Fast forward to 2025 and we're dealing with the same problem again. Back then you could at least get support responses. Now getting a reply is basically impossible. I'm supposed to get a free upgrade but can't find my keys anywhere and can't get anyone to help. A new license isn't expensive, but I won't buy from a company where reaching support is this hard. There are competitors who actually care about customers. Even though some of their products are decent, I'd never recommend this company. They're going to lose their remaining customers soon.
The product wasn't right for what I needed. I submitted three separate support tickets over three weeks ago and haven't gotten a single response. No product help. No customer service. Paragon made all kinds of support promises before I paid, took my money, and broke every single one. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
We paid for two licenses of their Linux software. Then they switched their licensing system and our paid software stopped working. It's ridiculous. I won't be buying from them again and I'm telling everyone I know to avoid them.
Used their free edition for years without issues. Downloaded the Community Edition on my partner's computer, everything worked great including test restores, so I bought the full version. Problem is, I couldn't activate it because no instructions came with it. Support never replied to my ticket either. Asked for my money back and got approval refunded to my account.
Purchased an NTFS for Mac license but couldn't get it activated. Opened a support ticket and waited over 60 hours without hearing back from anyone.
Got hammered with unwanted emails so I shut down the account. Didn't think much of it until later when I bought an NTFS for Mac license from Paragon claiming it was a lifetime deal. When I upgraded from Big Sur to Sequoia this year, I found I needed to enter my registration key but couldn't log in because I lost the password and couldn't reset it without the old email. I called Paragon thinking they'd help switch it to my current email. Nope. They said I'd have to pay again. That's their idea of a lifetime guarantee. Don't fall for their promises like I did.
Honestly wish I could give zero stars. I installed Paragon software on my Surface Book to read a Mac drive. After installation it needed a restart. The laptop never booted again after that restart. Something in the boot registry got corrupted and I couldn't fix it no matter what. I had to use another computer to create a bootable USB to reinstall Windows, and I lost everything in the process.
