I'm furious I spent eighty dollars expecting cute lingerie and got nothing. The order tracking link doesn't even work anymore. I'm going to dispute the charge with my credit card company if they don't respond or give me an update. Don't buy from them.
Forced to give a star but seriously, stay away. My order has been sitting for months with no resolution. Wish I'd read reviews first before spending money here. I've requested a refund multiple times and keep getting ignored.
Six months after I thought my account was closed they charged me again without permission. I cancelled the same day and asked them to refund it, but they refused. They said well at least you could have received the shipment but that makes no sense since I never asked for it. They kept my thirty bucks and sent nothing. Reporting it to my bank as fraudulent. Total scam.
Customer service basically doesn't exist here. Took me four tries over two weeks just to get someone to acknowledge my message. When they finally responded my question about contradicting info between their website and automated emails wasn't actually answered. My shipment took nearly a month to show up. The only reason this gets one star instead of less is that it at least arrived. I've had custom made suits arrive faster than this. Companies that ignore their customers don't deserve business, period.
Used to be really into their monthly panty boxes until I tried some new lingerie recently. Let me be straight with you, it's complete garbage. This stuff is literally pulled from places like Amazon, Temu, and SHEIN. Nothing arrives looking or fitting the way the website pictures show. Shipping takes forever and their processing is incredibly slow. Plus everything is overpriced for what you get. I thought they'd be better than this, at minimum a little better, but no it's just low quality junk that doesn't work. Really let down.

I reached out about a missing shipment after waiting a month with just an order confirmation and nothing else and got ghosted by their team. After six years of loyalty I finally cancelled. This company lost me.
Everything they sell feels super cheap. Even their pricier sets go for around $75, but you can grab the exact same thing on Amazon for under $30. They push the monthly subscription angle hard, but honestly your packages arrive way later than a month no matter what their website says about timing. Good luck if you need to contact someone about a problem because customer service basically ignores you. And if they send you the wrong size? They want it back so they can resell it, which would be fine if it wasn't underwear.
Absolutely no customer service. I placed an order using store credit that they'd given me after failing to stock the size I originally wanted for my subscription. Nobody answered my emails. I tried messaging them on social media and got nothing back either. They never honored the replacement order, and they basically kept the money from my initial subscription.
My package showed up incomplete. Customer support? Don't expect any. Sent so many emails to different addresses and called repeatedly with absolutely no answer. If everything arrives on time, in the right size, and completely you're good. But if anything goes wrong you're out the money on your fifty dollar set with zero help available.
