What Shoppers Say About Ringside Boxing
Ringside Boxing earns a polarized rating of 3.6 out of 5 from 5 shoppers, with 60 percent giving five stars and notable praise for customer service and product value. Satisfied customers highlight responsive support staff, competitive pricing, quality boxing gloves designed for wrist support, and well-valued heavy bags, with one reviewer specifically crediting a representative named Cade for working through payment issues professionally.
However, 40 percent of reviewers report significant quality concerns, citing a decline in construction standards compared to older Ringside products. Complaints include substandard professional-grade equipment (particularly boxing rings), damaged merchandise on arrival (a heavy bag with a rupture causing interior contamination), and initial unresponsiveness from customer service when addressing defects. Some customers indicate they are switching to competitors due to these quality and service inconsistencies.

Sorted by: Most recentBe careful with this company and their products. We ordered a professional ring for a major event from one of the world's largest MMA promoters, so we needed quality equipment. What they sent us was substandard compared to their older models we'd used before. Those earlier rings had solid construction, sturdy posts, and heavy-duty ropes that required two people to move. Now it seems they're cutting costs. One post that used to need two people can now be carried by one. The ropes are lightweight and don't feel like real rope anymore, probably 75 percent lighter than the older version. The frame isn't square, and the drop-in beams are flimsy with barely enough metal to safely support plywood. When we called to address these problems, the owners made excuses and blamed us instead of acknowledging their design and quality issues. After they have your money, good luck getting them to answer. For a major event with a big promoter's name attached, we needed a ring that met professional standards, but Ringside clearly doesn't care about that. Honestly, I wonder if they're going out of business soon, and if not, maybe they should.
Ringside has been in business for years and I decided to order some equipment from them recently. I ran into some payment troubles when trying to check out online, but their customer service rep really stood out. A guy named Cade helped me work through everything in a friendly and professional manner. It's refreshing to deal with someone who actually values good customer service, since so many places nowadays seem to struggle with that. Really appreciated his help.
Quality has really dropped off here. I'm switching over to Title Boxing going forward. My order arrived with a heavy bag that had a damaged tube - the kind you fill with rocks or sand for extra weight. The rupture caused pebbles to spill out and contaminate the supposedly soft-filled interior. Customer service was unhelpful at first, claiming the tube damage wasn't a real issue. I pointed out that if damaged tubes didn't matter, they wouldn't bother using them in the first place. I asked for partial compensation to cover a replacement PVC pipe, but they kept dodging the problem. Only after I posted a negative review did they finally respond, and even then their solution was to pick up the bag and send a replacement later, which seemed like too much hassle. I ended up paying to fix it myself. Title Boxing is the top choice for a reason.
Great experience from start to finish. Their customer support team was responsive and helpful, and my order showed up quickly. Would definitely recommend shopping with them.
Really happy with what Ringside offers. Their prices are solid and the equipment quality is solid too. I picked up a pair of their boxing gloves and they're honestly the best I've ever owned, especially if you have wrist issues. Their heavy bags are some of the best value options out there. Definitely worth grabbing if you're looking for decent boxing gear that won't break the bank. Thanks for the quality products, Ringside.
