The problem started when the package showed up with two broken glass jiggers and 11 out of 12 pourier cover packs completely missing, even though I paid full price for everything. I reached out to their support team politely and laid out exactly what happened, then suggested they could either refund me for the broken items or send the 11 packs I never got. All I got back was one sentence saying they refunded stuff but don't ship replacements internationally. Yeah, I got my money back, but that's basically it. International buyers like me don't get real solutions when there's a packing mistake, just a partial refund. The thing is, this wasn't a shipping problem at all - it's how the company packs orders and handles customer complaints for people outside the US. If you're ordering from abroad, don't count on them to make things right when something goes wrong.
Awful experience with this company. I ordered a whole bunch of glassware for an event I was throwing. Eight days later they send me an email out of nowhere saying they're canceling my entire order. On top of that, they're also announcing they don't do free shipping anymore. Zero apology, zero offer to fix it, and there's nobody to actually talk to about any of this. Seriously, what kind of business operates like that?
