I've had several terrible experiences here. I tried again today thinking maybe it would be different. Nope. My food was supposed to come in half an hour but took an extra hour on top of that, so ninety minutes total for a five mile delivery. I watched on the tracker as the driver stopped at multiple places heading the wrong way first. With delivery fees and tip I paid an extra 20 bucks. This won't happen again.
The delivery driver had trouble locating my townhouse, and when I tried helping her with directions she panicked and threatened to just dump my food on the street corner. I ended up having to walk a long distance in freezing weather to track her down because she made zero effort to properly deliver it. Super unprofessional. It was below freezing outside. What's the point of paying for delivery service if I have to go find the driver myself? That defeats the whole purpose of not having to go outside in the cold.
Placed an order forty minutes ago, drove thirty minutes to pick it up from the restaurant, and somehow my order was never even created. This is ridiculous.

They mark up every item on the menu in a way that feels dishonest and sneaky. This practice is not transparent and I won't be using them again because of it.
This restaurant should not be using Beyond Menu's system for online orders. It's terrible. I placed my order at 6:48pm and the confirmation email said pickup at 7:18pm. I showed up when expected and the kitchen had never even received my order. The hostess had to fiddle with the system for a while before it finally came through. I asked how long for one sushi roll and got told they didn't know because walk-in diners get priority. Very let down after being loyal for over a decade without problems. Since nobody could give me a timeline, I asked for my money back. They couldn't process it because Beyond Menu is a third party system, so the hostess had to call their support line to get me refunded. I wasted an hour of my time.
