Never got my shipment from the EU location. Started with a purchase back in the summer with their expedited option. After nearly three weeks, a box showed up with the wrong thing in it - just the legs. Took forever to hear back from support, then they finally said they'd send a replacement. Ordered again with their quick shipping. A week passes and nothing. Skip this company.

Steer clear of this brand. I made the mistake of buying two different sets - one for me and a kids version for my family. They had fun with it initially, but the ball burst and unfortunately the company stopped making replacement balls for the kids model. What really got to me was dealing with their support team. They kept sending emails going back and forth, acting like things were just temporarily out of stock, when it became obvious they had zero plans to bring this item back. There are tons of better options for outdoor entertainment out there.

Don't waste your money on this. The quality is terrible, made with the cheapest materials possible. My arm snapped off with just light playing, so I requested a replacement part. That broke immediately after I used it once. Super disappointed. I have my receipt and would like a refund.

These folks are awesome. What's crazy is they don't charge for shipping on replacement parts, and they'll even hook you up with extras beforehand so you're all set when something breaks. Absolutely the worst service I've had. Four months back I submitted a request for broken component replacements. They never showed. Reached out and finally got a response saying customs was holding them up. Tried again and they still didn't send anything. Same customs excuse. Got slammed with a customs charge ten days ago but no actual items. I've messaged them twice since and they won't even respond. Got charged, got nothing, and can't get anyone to help.

Picked one up the other day and it's nowhere close to what the ads promise. Really low grade, flimsy construction. The mesh gets loose when temperature changes and the ball doesn't bounce right - just goes wherever. On top of that it costs way too much. Going to send it back for a refund tomorrow.
