Ordered two pairs of jeans and it turned into a complete disaster that could have been avoided. When I submitted my order, my address somehow reverted to a place I hadn't lived in for two years. I'm not sure why my phone did that since I had the correct address typed in. It was Saturday when I ordered and customer support wasn't available, so I emailed them. They got back to me saying there was nothing they could do about it. I'm confused why they waited until Tuesday. Didn't they work Monday? They could have fixed this before it shipped. Now I'm not getting my jeans when I should and this is hands down the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They could call FedEx and change where it's being sent but they won't even try. I'm really frustrated.

They advertise overnight shipping with FedEx but then their logistics team says they can't process orders for two days, so how can you get it overnight? It's false advertising and it's illegal. You're going to lose that money because your shipment will take four days, not overnight. This is misleading the public.

I got charged $164.62 from this company and I have no idea why. I've never heard of them and I don't even wear their style of clothing. On the day I was charged, I was in surgery all day under anesthesia, so there's no way I made this purchase. I've tried contacting them multiple times for an order copy but they won't provide one and I never got an invoice anyway. I also contacted a consumer website with zero luck. I had to call my bank to report fraud. They finally emailed me on the 30th saying they take fraud seriously but refused to give me any paperwork. They marked my ticket closed. Now I'm waiting for a new card and I had to update all my automatic payments. This whole thing has been incredibly stressful.

Terrible customer service from start to finish. I asked to return items because they were the wrong size and heard nothing for two weeks. The staff are unprofessional and mean. My package arrived in bad condition and nobody answers my calls.

Watch out if ordering from the UK site. I bought jeans on sale for 125 pounds plus 25 pounds shipping. Once I tried them on, they weren't for me, so I wanted to return them. I didn't know that for international returns you have to pay 35 pounds yourself and wait 3 weeks for your refund, which still hasn't come. The site says True Religion UK and shows prices in pounds, but that's where the UK part ends. Customer support has actually been polite and helpful so far. The real issue is I thought I was ordering from a UK company when clearly I'm not.

By far the worst customer service I've encountered. Getting help is impossible. I bought gift cards for my daughter through their online store and lost the original confirmation email. I've spent a week trying to get them to resend it. I've texted and emailed repeatedly, and there's no phone number to actually talk to someone. They keep saying they resent the codes, but they never actually do. I even sent pictures of my inbox, spam folder, and search results as proof. I'm extremely frustrated. That's $350 of my money they're holding hostage. I'll never shop with them again.

Ordered clothing for my son and it never showed up. When I contacted them, they didn't help at all and were actually insulting and rude. They refused to refund me or send a replacement, even though I paid for insurance. They ignore messages and don't have a customer service phone line anymore. All they do is email with insults and close the case. It's sad because they used to be a great company with quality products and reliable service. Now they're disrespectful and act like they don't care. Don't trust them with your money.

The website advertised 30% off and I took screenshots. But when I got to checkout, the price went back to full price. For a single pair of jeans that's already expensive, plus they charged me an extra $80 in fees. Their customer service was rude and wouldn't do anything about it. I sent follow up emails asking for help and got no responses. This was a terrible first experience and I won't order from them again.

Hands down one of the worst companies out there. I won't be ordering again. The sizing runs way too small. The return system is incredibly complicated. Getting customer service is even worse. And yet they charge premium prices for their jeans. After two weeks I still haven't gotten any confirmation on my return. When I emailed them, responses take about two days and they never give you a clear answer. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.
