When we arrived, they said it wasn't available and offered us a buggy instead. They didn't offer any discount or compensation for switching us to a different vehicle. Getting them to cancel and refund was a nightmare too. We were told the refund would take months after making several calls and wasting a lot of time. Find another company to handle your excursions.
I've been going back to the same hotel in Rivera Maya, Cancun for years now, on my 13th visit to that beautiful place. I absolutely love staying there. The whole staff is fantastic and puts in so much hard work. I've never had any issues during my stays. Last time I was there, one particular employee really stood out. She was super friendly and helpful and made some wonderful changes to improve my experience. That person was Ariana Rodriguez. She really did a fantastic job! I want to say thanks to her and all the other hardworking people at that resort. It's such a special place for healing and relaxation. You should definitely try it!

I've never had any issues. On my last visit, there was this one staff member who was especially helpful and did an amazing job making my stay better. Her name was Ariana Rodriguez. She really went above and beyond. Thanks so much to Ariana and everyone else putting in the effort. This resort is like a healing place for me. If you're thinking about going, you won't regret it!
