There was a $30 transportation fee that was supposed to be included but we got charged it anyway. When we got there, the taxi driver wanted $20 because he was never paid by them. Nobody organized transportation back like we thought would happen, and we had to walk all the way back to our resort since we didn't have extra money besides what we needed for the tour guide tip. We were also given the wrong time for the activity and almost didn't get picked up because of it. They said the activity would last three hours but it was only one hour. I was shocked and tried to cancel my other bookings with them, but they made it really difficult. I thought I could trust them but they just ruined my vacation. They lied and scammed us multiple times. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
I'd rate them lower if I could. We showed up at the hotel at 9 AM like they told us to, but despite what they claim, nobody came to pick us up. When we asked for our money back, they refused. We had to pay extra to get another ride to the airport. If you use this company, just know that they don't operate honestly.
They are con artists! Be warned and protect your money from them! My husband and I booked a round-trip private van transfer between our hotel and the airport in Cancun. When we arrived, they made us sit around for over 30 minutes even though we had a scheduled pickup time, and the private van turned out to be just a regular taxi. To make it worse, for our return transfer from hotel to airport, they completely messed up the timing. They came in the early morning when we had specifically requested an evening pickup in our original reservation. When we asked them to stick to the time we arranged, they refused. Then they lied and said it would take 2 hours to get to the airport due to construction work and that the only way they could help was with a shared bus, even though we paid for a private transfer at a later time. We got charged for a service that wasn't delivered. In the end, we called our own taxi and it was way easier and faster, taking less than 30 minutes, not 2 hours. Plus the taxi showed up whenever we needed it. Definitely avoid this company. They're unprofessional and don't care about customer needs at all.
Stay away from this company completely. Total scammers. We paid upfront for round-trip airport transfers. The representative assigned to us never showed up, and they never even scheduled a return pickup from our hotel. We ended up having to pay for a taxi to get to the airport ourselves. The day before our return, our contact confirmed a 1 PM pickup, but nobody came. Really unprofessional and a bad experience overall. Just be careful if you're thinking about using them.
They sold me a tour and then canceled it because not enough people at the resort bought tickets. Why would you sell something you can't actually provide? They pulled this same move in another Mexican beach city last year too.
I wish I'd looked at reviews first before booking. I normally rent a car but didn't think I needed one for my trip. At the airport, there was no name sign to find the driver, and the confirmation email didn't explain where to meet. Obviously I missed the pickup. I tried calling the numbers listed and none of them worked. Someone from another transportation company had to point out a woman standing near a sign. Unfortunately, their company name was at the bottom of a list in really poor lettering that was super easy to miss. The driver eventually came back and picked me up, thankfully. For my return trip, someone messaged me the day before confirming pickup at the scheduled time. When that time came at 12:38 PM according to my confirmation, nobody showed. I figured maybe the time zone was different. By 1:30 PM still nothing, so I reached out to the person from the previous day to ask what time my driver would arrive since my flight was boarding at 2:38 PM.
Please stay away from this company. I'll never book with them again. I purchased a package through a travel website that included a trip for two to Puerto Vallarta, plus a snorkeling excursion and transportation arranged by this company. The van never showed up to take me to the airport, and I had to call several times or I would have missed my flight. The snorkeling trip turned out to be nothing like what was advertised. What they promised as a peaceful experience was basically a party boat with loud music and only about 10 minutes of actual snorkeling over a 7-hour period. The noise definitely scared away any wildlife. It wasted an entire day of my vacation. I wanted a refund for the transportation that never came and cost way more than regular cab fares, plus a refund for the snorkeling package. The parent company wouldn't refund anything and just offered free transportation on a future trip, which will never happen. It took six weeks to get that response, and I had to make about 10 phone calls and send numerous emails. Every company involved was terrible. I cannot recommend any of them.
Our wedding vacation was mostly great, except for one part. The resort staff, food, and vacation planners all tried really hard to make up for the absolutely terrible treatment we got from the single company rep stationed at the resort. We landed at our destination in Cabo over 3 hours late because of a bad storm and spent forever on the tarmac, so we missed our usual greeting. The rep who helped us on June 1st was able to get us a ride to our hotel. The next day was the wedding, and we didn't see the rep at all. On the day after that, my elderly aunt, myself, and the rest of our group of more than 10 people were told we'd have to figure out our own way to the airport because we supposedly missed an appointment. He claimed he had met with me the night I arrived and given me a time, but I'd never seen him before in my life. He lied about it right there in front of everyone, and it felt like he was trying to embarrass me. Instead of getting upset, I asked for the company's management contact number so I could report this, but they hung up on me twice when I tried calling. I had to arrange safe transportation for my whole family on my own.
This would've been a perfect rating if one of the activities had worked out. We took a trip to Cancun and booked a couple of excursions through them. The tour to an archaeological site was fantastic and our driver and guide, who happened to be finishing her last shift that day, were wonderful. We also did an ATV and zipline adventure that was great. But then there was the sunset sailing tour that got canceled because of bad weather, so we rescheduled it. On the new date, we got dressed and ready and waited over an hour. After trying several times to reach our contact, she texted that it was canceled again and we'd need to request our money back. It was really frustrating.
