Anolon Ceramic Serveware Reviews
What Shoppers Say About Anolon Ceramic Serveware
Anolon Ceramic Serveware receives sharply divided feedback from shoppers. Those who rated positively praised the cookware's heat distribution, ease of use, and cleaning simplicity, with one reviewer noting that Anolon's customer service team left a strong impression. However, the majority of reviewers reported significant frustrations. Common complaints include receiving damaged or warped cookware, unresponsive customer service when attempting returns or replacements, and a phone support system that simply redirects to the website rather than providing actual assistance.
The store's low overall rating of 2.3 out of 5 from 3 shoppers reflects these serious service and product quality concerns. Potential buyers should be aware that while the cookware itself may perform well for some users, the combination of potential shipping damage and difficult customer service interactions poses a notable risk.

Sorted by: Most recentJust to clarify, I went with the Hybrid Nonstick line instead of the ceramic one. I'm really impressed with my Anolon Hybrid cookware. The pans distribute heat really well, they're fun to cook with, and cleaning them is super easy. They've become my favorite pans to reach for. What really impressed me though was how great their customer service team has been. They've always been quick to respond, friendly, and actually helpful whenever I've needed to contact them. It's hard to find companies that excel at both making quality products and standing behind them with good customer support, so Anolon definitely gets points for that. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for new cookware.
We ordered an Anolon roaster pan that arrived from California still in its original unopened box. When we tried to unpack it, the pan turned out to be way too heavy for us to safely lift from the packaging. We decided we needed to return it, so we submitted a return request about a week ago. The automated system said someone would get back to us within 3 business days, but we haven't heard anything since then. Nobody ever reached out to explain why a return ticket was even necessary in the first place. It would make so much more sense if they just emailed a return label like most other companies do, and we could take it straight to UPS. The lack of follow-up is frustrating. We've noticed tons of complaints online about Anolon's communication problems, which has made us even more worried about how this will play out. We've tried reaching out multiple times with the same question, referencing our original ticket number each time, but still no response.
Unfortunately, I've had two separate issues with Anolon and neither one went well. My recent purchase was a replacement skillet that showed up damaged and warped. When I tried to get them to send me a new one, they completely ignored my request. They do list a phone number, but all it does is send you right back to their website! That same website link is even in their email confirmation. Despite all that, they still won't actually reach out and help you. I also had a warranty issue with them before, and they flat-out denied my claim without any real discussion or willingness to hear my side. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else.
