Be careful with your payment information here. I ordered something advertised as having free shipping, then a week later got a message saying it was ready but I needed to drop the dispute I'd filed with my credit card company for a $350 freight charge. They claimed that anything requiring freight wasn't actually free shipping, but the website said it was free. They never even acknowledged what was clearly posted on their site. Lucky for me, nothing had shipped yet so my card company refunded both charges.

Started off rough with a one-star experience, but after I complained about items arriving without proper shrink-wrapping, their customer service team really stepped up. They took care of all my concerns, offered free returns on stuff that wasn't what I needed, and even helped me track down custom items I couldn't find anywhere else. Now I'd give them five stars, though I'd recommend newcomers reach out about packaging options ahead of time since most inventory ships bulk to keep costs down.

We took a road trip to visit this place and it was totally worth it. The staff was incredibly nice and genuinely helpful. We hung out talking with both employees and other customers. Got everything on our list plus a few surprise finds we didn't even know we needed. The selection they have is unreal. My daughter who works as a pastry chef was blown away by the inventory. Can't wait for her to start using everything she picked up.

Don't do business with this company because they won't stand behind their products. I spent over $7,800 on a chocolate tempering machine and the enrober had issues from day one, stuttering and eventually completely seizing up when I tried to run chocolate through it. As soon as I asked about returning it the next day, they hit me with a 15% restocking fee saying it's now considered used, even though I never successfully ran anything through the machine. This whole situation has been nothing but frustrating and time-consuming. On top of that, they're saying the bowl I returned - which I never used - is dirty and won't process the return. Never shopping here again.

Shot them an email asking if they shipped internationally and got a prompt, friendly, and helpful response confirming they do. Super happy with the counter scales I ordered from them. I'd been hunting everywhere for a replacement set like my old one and ended up with a gap in my kitchen counter. These showed up incredibly fast and fit perfectly into that space. Everything about this experience was fantastic.

Watch out because they'll charge you for items that aren't even in stock or shipped. You have to actually call them to get your money back. In all my years of online shopping, I've never seen another company do this. It's a pretty sketchy practice.

Don't count on them to have your back if something goes wrong. I felt completely abandoned by their rep, and it cost me extra money because of the runaround. Lesson learned the hard way.
