Total rip-off operation. My order has still never left their warehouse. They keep claiming items are out of stock even though the website shows they're available, and they didn't bother telling me anything. I had to reach out myself multiple times. First they said they'd swap something in, then nothing happened. When I checked again, they told me that replacement item is also unavailable now. They won't give me my money back, so I'm stuck down $80. Stay away from this place.

This place is really fantastic! They carry men's personal care items that my boyfriend absolutely loves and won't stop using now. They even have underwear options with ball hammocks, which he's totally obsessed with! The customer service team is top notch and they really stand behind what they sell. Plus they've got a product for women called boob guard that tackles moisture and sweat in that area. Great company overall with solid products, excellent support, and fair pricing!
