Had a really poor experience with this company. Ordered clothing for my kid for Christmas and because everything was disappearing fast, by the time it arrived the jeans were a size too small. We paid over 9 dollars to ship the jeans back via priority mail and immediately ordered the right size. Even though my return has been signed for and received, it's apparently stuck somewhere in their warehouse with delays and they can't tell me when the refund will show up. As a first-time buyer who dropped over 400 dollars across two orders, this treatment is unacceptable. Completely let down.

The website and products look fantastic. Problem is the shipping took forever and customer service was slow to respond. Took more than a month to get here. I'd say grab their stuff from an authorized seller instead of ordering straight from their website.
