I placed this order specifically to get the Misha Hawaii earrings, but they weren't included in what arrived at my door. Really disappointed since that was the main item I wanted.

I'm frustrated with how this whole thing went. After signing up, I reached out to customer service to personalize my box the way I wanted it. Somehow my choices never got saved, and I ended up receiving stuff I didn't ask for at all. When I complained, they claimed I hadn't customized anything, so I had to prove that I actually had. Now they're making me find a printer, print out a return label myself, and drive somewhere to drop it off. That's a lot of extra work on my end. Plus, there's been zero communication about how I'm actually going to get the items I originally wanted (sounds like I'll need to spend even more time dealing with their support team). This experience has been nothing but mistakes and frustrating customer service interactions. It was supposed to be enjoyable getting a fun box, but instead it's just been a headache. Heads up to anyone thinking about ordering. Hopefully other people have had better luck, but based on my experience so far, I'd be really careful.
