They sent me the wrong color lunchbox. After I posted a negative review, they gave me a phone number and the rep sounded like they actually cared and promised to send the right color. But weeks went by and nothing. Turns out their website is a mess and they're selling colors that aren't actually in stock. I'm disappointed in my purchase and wouldn't trust what their website says is available.
The customer service rep was really helpful, super patient, listened carefully, and genuinely friendly. They took care of my problem right away and followed up with emails every step of the way. Honestly impressed with how they handled it and it makes me feel confident about the company.
This was terrible. I grabbed a lunchbox during a sale event and the listing said quick shipping, but a week later nothing arrived. The tracking just showed my order was received. I arrived for a short visit on February 15th with plans to leave on February 19th. Based on the estimated delivery time shown when I purchased on January 31st, I expected the order to arrive before my departure. Unfortunately the carrier had issues and the tracking hasn't been updated since February 8th. I won't be able to return the item since I'm leaving today. Please refund my money because of this shipping delay.
The stuff they sell is really nice, but their website fulfillment is awful. Shop at Costco or Target instead. I did get my refund eventually, but spending weeks chasing down shipping updates, messaging support back and forth, and using backup lunch containers while waiting for my order was not fun. Shipping took much longer than what was promised. I ended up buying the same items from Amazon and had them in two days since school was starting soon. Their site doesn't have online returns and you have to pay for shipping to send things back. You're better off getting it from their Amazon storefront instead. The lunchbox itself is really cute and the carrier bag is nice with its shoulder strap, though the bag is a little roomy for the box. We like the product, just won't order directly from their website again.
