One bridesmaid got a dress with terrible stitching, while two of us including myself kept getting backorder notices. When my first backorder date hit, I called and they said it was backordered again. Then weeks later on the second date they claimed it was out of stock. I asked if there was any way to help since I'm in the wedding party and need to match. They said they could work it out, but then I got a cancellation without warning. When I called back, the rep kept saying backorder until I told them I understand how this works and cancellations don't happen by accident. Suddenly their story changed to the dress being completely gone. I ended up having to choose something different.
