When it finally got here just two weeks before my first fitting, they'd sent me the wrong dress. The company showed zero sympathy or willingness to make it right. They told me they'd check if they had the correct dress in stock in seventy two hours. They never followed up. When I reached out again they said they no longer had that dress and had no plans to get it back in. They're terrible. Don't buy from them. Now I'm stuck scrambling to find something with barely any time left. Their service is completely unacceptable.
