Sorted by: Most recentPieces were missing from the puzzle. The cuts were pretty sloppy and the pieces wouldn't fit together right. They sent me a replacement, but the same issue happened again. I had extra pieces that didn't belong anywhere. Won't be ordering from them again. It was really frustrating and I'm not telling anyone else to buy from them.
The delivery speed was terrible. I ordered two Christmas gifts. First one went out on December 11th via Fed Ex Smartpost and didn't arrive until January 18th the next year. Over a month of waiting! The second gift I ordered on December 10th and that one came through December 31st. So yeah, neither gift got there in time for the holidays. After the first shipping notice with a tracking number, I didn't hear anything else from them. No emails letting me know about major delays or what to expect.
I was trying to support what I thought was a local business but wound up finding out my order was coming from down south instead. I placed it on November 5th, it supposedly shipped November 10th, and when I checked on it November 17th since nothing had arrived yet, I was told to just wait a bit longer. They said they couldn't give me a tracking number. I followed up again on the 25th asking for a refund and to have the package sent back, if it was actually shipped from where they said. They refused the refund just because something was supposedly shipped, even though they have zero proof of that. They can't tell me where my package actually is, just that it's somewhere in Canada or possibly when it might get here. I feel like it's not my job to deal with delivery problems, and I was never told upfront that my order would be coming from a different country. That feels like they're being dishonest about what they're selling. The customer service was really bad and they don't seem to care about making customers happy.
Just found out they cancelled my order from two weeks ago without saying anything about it because apparently they don't ship to where I am. And it took them a whole week to even respond to my question about it. I really wish I'd checked reviews before ordering.
Hands down one of the worst places to buy from. My money got charged the moment I placed my order over five weeks back and I still have nothing to show for it. When I try emailing them, all I get is an automated message that blames the pandemic and shipping delays. To talk to someone on the phone you gotta pay 13 cents a minute just to sit on hold with no luck reaching an actual person. I ordered from a different company on May 2nd using the exact same delivery service and got my stuff by May 5th. Can't say the same with these folks.
The company happily took my money on April 18th for something listed as in stock. Fast forward to May 18th and my jigsaw still hasn't arrived. The communication has been really poor and honestly I'm not optimistic it'll show up at all. It seems like they got greedy and kept accepting orders that they couldn't actually fulfill. Make sure you really want to wait forever before placing an order here.
Like many other people here, I ordered a month ago and still hadn't received anything. My emails got ignored completely. When I finally managed to get through by phone, they said one item had been refunded and the other was unavailable. I decided to just cancel the whole thing. They're more than willing to grab your money, but after that you're basically invisible to them.
I'm disappointed with their customer care like so many other people have been. They never answered my emails when I asked for updates about shipping and delivery. The actual product was perfect when it finally got here and matched what I ordered exactly. Would've been a five star experience if their communication wasn't so bad.

Got my order today, finally, and it only took four weeks. Everything in the order was correct and I'm satisfied with what I got. That said, after reading other people's experiences, I got nervous and sent out a couple of emails to check on things. Never got responses and there wasn't a dispatch note with the package. The actual puzzles are nice, but the way they handle customer service is really bad.
