Stay away from this place. Seriously, don't waste your time ordering from them. Getting your stuff is a gamble at best. Here's what happened to me: I ordered something that turned out to be out of stock, but did they let me know? Nope. They just shipped me a completely different item instead. When I tried reaching out multiple times over the next month asking about returns and getting my money back, they basically ghosted me. Finally after all those ignored emails and social media messages, they came back with a pathetic 50% refund offer. Are you kidding me? You messed up the order, sent me something I didn't even want, wouldn't talk to me for a full month, and now you're only giving me half my money back? Hard pass. Just don't do it.
Same story as the other people complaining about refunds. They wouldn't communicate, I had to chase them down, and they promised my refund back to my card within seven days. Didn't happen. I called again and got told that checks had been sent weeks earlier and it wasn't their fault they got lost in the mail. Then they promised a card refund within three days. Still nothing. Then two checks arrived that were dated after my last phone call. I've filed a complaint with Trading Standards about this company. If you're dealing with them too, you should file one as well. It's a simple online form.
I'd give them zero stars if I could, so one star it is. Please stay away from ordering anything from this website. I put in an order on April 3rd for a thousand piece puzzle and waited two weeks with nothing arriving. I called up their customer service, sat on the line for half an hour running up my phone bill the whole time. They told me the item had sold out. I asked them why they didn't communicate this to me. Why hadn't I received an email about it? They said I'd get my refund in two weeks. Well, two weeks passed and I called again on May 1st. This time they said a check had been sent to me on April 29th. A few things wrong with this picture: First, why am I getting a check when I paid with cash? It's not the time to be going to banks. Second, if they knew two weeks ago the item was out of stock, why did they wait until April 29th to send the check? Third, where's the communication? Why aren't they responding to emails or updating you about delays? Fourth, stop using the pandemic as a cover for how poorly you handle things. Fifth, this is just bad service with zero communication. It's not fair that they reimburse you with a check instead of the original payment method.
This company is a scam. They never sent my order even though I reminded them constantly, but they had no problem taking my money. The customer service email bounces back every time I try. Stay far away from this place. I'm kicking myself for not checking reviews first.
Really disappointing company, won't be shopping here again. They took my online order and processed the payment, but only part of what I ordered actually got delivered. Customer service said the rest of the items weren't in stock, even though you could still order those exact same items from their website. No refund showed up after ten days. When I called back, they told me they send refunds by check, which is a problem since the banks in my area were closed due to the pandemic and I can't deposit it. They mentioned the check would be good for six months, but the amount they're refunding is two-thirds of what I spent. Just go to another company with your money. Lots of other sellers need your business right now.
I bought four puzzles and they charged my card right away. I kept following up on my order and was told it got sent out on April 3rd, but nobody mentioned that only half of it actually shipped. When the package arrived, there were just two puzzles inside. They told me the other two were out of stock and a check had already been mailed to me the same day the first ones went out. It's been way longer than it should take to get a check in the mail and still nothing has shown up. I asked them why they couldn't just refund the money back to my card instead, and they had no good answer. In 2020, who even uses checks anymore? Plus they don't pick up phones and they don't answer emails. I'm done with this company and I'm dealing with my bank directly to get my money back. The customer service here is absolutely terrible and once you give them your cash, it seems like they couldn't care less whether your order gets handled right.
Don't bother with this company. I haven't gotten my order and they haven't replied to either of my emails. I've now asked for my money back. We'll see what happens.

Bought a jigsaw and took advantage of their free jigsaw offer. I got the free one okay, but the jigsaw I actually paid for never showed up. They sent me a check for a refund on the one I ordered, but nothing for the shipping and handling fee. Turns out the free jigsaw wound up costing me almost five dollars. Not impressed with how they handled things.
