Their selection is fantastic. However, I ordered a 2000 piece puzzle that took two full months to complete, and I ended up missing a piece from the corner. It was the Frigate puzzle and the lower left corner piece was nowhere to be found.

Overall this company does a great job. Their customer service team, phone support, and website all work well. The stuff they sell is high quality and I've bought from them several times. If there's one thing I'd knock them on, it's the shipping speed. If I'm being honest, we'd be looking at a 4.5 star rating just for that reason. You'll regularly wait at least two weeks after ordering before your items show up at your door. So if you're working with a deadline, make sure to place your order early.
