Sorted by: Most recentOrdered an ear wash machine about two weeks back and paid extra for fast shipping. The company told me it was out of stock and offered a cancellation, which I accepted. Despite that, they shipped it anyway. Still waiting for it to arrive. Once it gets here, I'm tossing it straight in the trash. Can't recommend this place.
My wife picked up a couple of WUSH ear cleaners. The first one we unpacked was broken and wouldn't function. I've reached out to Black Wolf Nation multiple times about getting a replacement and haven't heard back. This company doesn't prioritize customer service, and if something goes wrong, you're just out the cash.
Got two sonic scrubbers. One works fine, the other one doesn't. Sent an email to customer service and I'll update you once I hear back about what happens.
These products are phenomenal and I couldn't be happier. I'm completely satisfied with what I've got and totally recommend them for guys wanting solid skincare. Everything is absolutely perfect so far. If anything changes, I'll come back and update this. They've got everything I was searching for in a men's skincare routine. The only thing I wish they carried is a retinol serum, but that wasn't a dealbreaker since I grabbed one on Amazon for a great price. I also picked up an SPF sunscreen from Walmart at a good cost. At the end of the day, these guys have my full endorsement. No question, 100% would buy again.
Most products are solid, but I've got concerns about the company because there's no way to post reviews directly on their site. I asked via Twitter and email how to leave a review there and got nowhere. It's suspicious that the only reviews showing up on their website are glowing five stars.
Their body wash is genuinely fantastic and I've been a customer for years. But the customer service is really frustrating. I relocated in May 2021 and updated my address on their website repeatedly, yet every single month they still ship my subscription to my old place. I've asked them to fix it in their system multiple times, and they always say it won't happen again. But it does, every month. I've corrected my address at least ten times, and when I log in, my original address is still showing as the default. Last month I found my old address listed twice and my current address wasn't even there. When I called about it happening yet again, their suggestion was for me to go track down the people at my old house and ask for my package. That's what they told me to do. I replied with frustration, and they've completely stopped responding. It's been over a week now with no reply.
