After waiting over a month for delivery, what arrived wasn't even the right color or finish. I paid more than 70 bucks for what felt like a 5 dollar knockoff that looked dingy right out of the package. The packaging was honestly nicer than the actual case. Super frustrated about getting taken advantage of. Their customer support team actually stepped up though with an incredible response and shipped a replacement right away with no hassle. When it came in, it was clearly well-made and properly finished. That first case definitely slipped past their quality checks. I'm updating from 1 star to 4 stars because of how they fixed it. Thanks Bullstrap for making it right. Just double-check your orders before they go out.
Ordered some items on December 3rd, 2024 with added protection coverage. Told the customer service person about my package not arriving, possibly held up by a bad winter storm in my area. Instead of helping, they just ignored me and didn't seem interested in solving it. That's when I decided to cancel my other pending orders because I don't want to work with a company that doesn't care. Check out Mous instead. They actually know how to treat customers right.
Their customer service is awful. Emails don't get answered, texts go unanswered, phone calls go nowhere. The chat support says the phone line never even worked. They advertise discounts on the site but then change the price once you're checking out. Be careful. This place pulls a bait and switch.
The quality here really disappointed me, and returning items turned into a nightmare. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
Had a rough time with this company. I pre-ordered an iPhone 14 case back in September and got an email saying everything would be delayed but should ship by the end of October. Now it's mid-November with no case in sight. When I reached out, support acted like I didn't even have an order on file. After sending them screenshots they said oh yeah it should've shipped already. My account still shows it hasn't been fulfilled. Then they tell me to check my spam folder for a tracking number even though their own system shows they never sent one and can't give me the info. I've bought from them before and been happy, but this whole situation is pretty messed up.
Don't waste your time or money here. They said they'd ship ten days ago and now they're not responding to my emails or refund requests. Radio silence for a week on multiple emails and social media messages. Seemed like a scam at first but then they finally got back to me. Canceled and refunded my order. So it's not a complete scam, but honestly their customer support needs a major overhaul.
