I've had absolutely terrible interactions with their customer service team. Good luck actually reaching someone by phone at Cabela's Canada. I've spent 45 minutes on hold multiple times and just gave up. They play the same four country tracks over and over, and trust me, after two hours of listening I'm done with all of them. It feels intentional, like they're trying to frustrate you into hanging up. Their delivery is painfully slow too, and I've never gotten a tracking number on any order in years. That's completely unacceptable in today's world. Unless you're fine with waiting weeks for your stuff with zero updates and no way to contact anyone, you should shop somewhere else.

Save yourself the trouble and order elsewhere. I placed an order for two expensive cases on November 30th. When I called in mid-December, I was assured it would be on a truck by the 14th. Nothing arrived. I sent three emails and waited over an hour on the phone with no response. They didn't even bother replying to my messages. Those items were supposed to be Christmas presents. This company is shameful and shouldn't get anyone's business.
