What Shoppers Say About Caesars Entertainment
Caesars Entertainment has a rating of 1.8 out of 5 based on 18 reviews, with the majority of feedback being highly negative. Shoppers report serious issues including poor customer service from staff members, inadequate responses to guest security concerns and theft, misrepresentation of special event packages (particularly Formula 1 Experience bookings where advertised viewing areas did not exist), disputes over jackpot payouts, unresponsive management when addressing customer complaints, and unauthorized charges and billing disputes that went unresolved.
A small minority of reviewers gave higher ratings, suggesting some positive experiences are possible, but the overwhelming pattern in feedback centers on unmet expectations, financial losses, failure to honor advertised services, and consistently unhelpful customer support. Shoppers express frustration with the company's unwillingness to resolve disputes or respond to repeated contact attempts, describing interactions as cold, dismissive, and in some cases accusatory toward customers.

Sorted by: Most recentBoth Caesars and Tropicana are represented by one of the absolute worst hosts you could possibly work with. This person is completely incompetent and clearly has zero interest in actually helping her customers. She doesn't understand her responsibilities and honestly doesn't seem to want to. Her job is customer care but she does it terribly, which is honestly embarrassing for both companies. She might call you once or twice a year and greet you with a nickname to try to smooth things over, but meanwhile she's ignored every single email and text message. If you end up with her as your host, go somewhere else. Also good luck trying to get switched to a different host, because both companies refuse to do it. They're among the worst casino operations out there.
During my stay at this property, I was unfortunate enough to be robbed. What really upset me was how poorly management handled it. I reached out multiple times trying to get help, but the response was cold and unhelpful. When you're a guest, you expect the hotel to actually be secure AND to care about what happens to you. Unfortunately, neither of those things were true here. Before choosing this place, I'd seriously reconsider and make security and customer service your top priorities. Things I noticed: Nothing good. Things that were bad: Weak security, unhelpful management, nobody taking responsibility.
Last year they hosted Formula 1 at their location. I purchased their Formula 1 Experience package for the 2024 Grand Prix event based on what was promised at the time I booked. The listing clearly stated you'd have access to designated viewing platforms. Turns out those viewing areas don't even exist, so what I got was nothing like what was advertised. The viewing areas themselves were terrible, packed with too many people, and they'd added extra VIP levels that cut into the viewing space I was supposed to have. Everyone felt cheated and undervalued. And if all that wasn't enough, the food and drink prices were outrageous. The whole thing fell way short of what you'd reasonably expect from a premium F1 package. I've submitted multiple complaints since then and not a single person has bothered to respond.
I witnessed something really upsetting recently. A guy won a substantial jackpot and they wouldn't pay him out. They actually escorted him out of the casino. I won't be going back there, and if you want quality, check out New York New York instead.
I wish I could give this place just one star. I dropped seventy grand here and I've got statements from the last three years showing I've wagered over thirty grand. Their computer system malfunctioned and they need to fix what happened. I've reached out to them many times but they refuse to respond. It's a total scam. They basically robbed me of thirty bucks and couldn't care less. They lost a loyal customer for life because of this. I'm done gambling with them.
I have to be honest, this app and company are both terrible. They charged my account for over three grand that I never authorized. When I disputed it, instead of helping me out, they resubmitted those charges and added bank fees on top. This cost me an enormous amount of money. I tried to work something out where we'd split the fraud costs, but they kept charging me anyway, making my account go further in the red. I submitted multiple support requests and sent many emails asking for help, but nothing ever came of it. Nobody responded. This is unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them completely.
We spent a weekend at Caesars in Las Vegas and had a fantastic time overall! The restaurant variety is excellent, the pool area is spectacular, and the casino is fantastic. My one complaint would be that the guest rooms feel dated and worn at this point, which doesn't match what you'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. For the rates they're charging, you'd think the room condition would be better. Despite that issue, the experience was really enjoyable!
What a letdown! I paid for a room with a king bed and got stuck with two queens instead. The whole room felt old and uninviting. There wasn't even any ice available on our floor, and when I called down to ask about it, the desk told me I'd have to go up to a different floor for some. They didn't have bottled water either, so I was stuck drinking from the tap. I can't justify spending over a thousand dollars just to stay in a shabby hotel. I won't be coming back.
I was thrilled when I arrived to check in at Caesars Palace, but that excitement vanished the moment we got to our room. What we found was absolutely revolting. That carpet looked like it hadn't been replaced in forever and was covered in matted dirt. The lighting throughout the room was terrible. Even with every light switched on, we still had to use our phone flashlights just to see. The bathroom was equally bad. The ironing board cover was in such bad shape that it stained our clothes as soon as we used it. It's obvious this place hasn't had any kind of renovation work done in ages. The whole experience was a terrible letdown for such an expensive stay.
I've been sitting here waiting for my withdrawal to go through for almost four weeks now. I've reached out to customer support five different times and gotten nowhere. There's been zero follow-up communication from them despite promises that there would be. They seem completely clueless about what's happening with my money and clearly they're just taking peoples' cash.
