Called Coleman's customer service asking about tent extensions and got connected with someone who was pretty rude and unhelpful. I wanted some recommendations since they don't make the specific part I was looking for, but she just wanted me off the phone. It was just no and no and no suggestions. I try to be nice to people and my own company makes sure employees are friendly and helpful to customers. These folks could use some communication training. Had to go search the web myself.

Picked up a pair of chairs while traveling through the region, and after 8 weeks the seams fell apart. Reached out to Coleman and they basically said to go back to where I bought them. If you're traveling around like I was, you might want to stick with brands like BCF or Anaconda instead.

Got this cot for an upcoming trip and I'm really happy with it so far. Haven't used it a ton yet but the test runs went great. Folds up easy and super comfortable. Nice to support a domestic product!

Bought a 6 person instant tent from Coleman and it's been an excellent choice. Tons of space and tall enough even for bigger people.
