Absolutely the worst! I ordered the Team Canada 4 Nations Jersey when they had stock available, paid for it, and got a delivery date. The very next evening they sold out, and two days later I get hit with a cancellation notice saying it was due to demand being too high. Never got a response to the email I sent. Super unprofessional. They basically stole that jersey from me when I could've bought from somewhere else instead of trusting them. This place is a joke and they genuinely don't care about screwing customers over. Stay away from this garbage company.

Their customer support vanishes once you complete your purchase. I sent them a picture of a jersey I wanted customized, and they got back to me right away saying they'd do their best to work with it. Once the jersey arrived and I placed the order though, complete silence for a whole month.

Please stay away from cool hockey. I ordered a custom jersey back in mid-November and their invoice said it would ship around December 3rd. I emailed them on December 12th and they told me the order was running behind but should arrive before Christmas. Here I am on the 21st with absolutely no shipping update whatsoever. Hands down the worst place to do business with.

Really happy with my purchase from Coolhockey! When I first ordered, I was nervous since I'd never heard of them before, but the jersey arrived exactly when promised. Avoid their custom jersey send-in service at all costs. They put a ridiculously oversized name bar on my son's size 42 Adidas Ducks Jersey with colors that didn't even match properly. I paid $119 for hand-stitched customization and it's embarrassingly bad. They ignored every email I sent them about it and clearly don't stand behind their work. I actually had them do four different jerseys and all of them had problems with how the name bars and numbers were positioned and oriented.
