During a practice session last week, the Sidearm cracked right above where the handle connects. I called Cricket Suppliers right away and they had a replacement Sidearm shipped out to me super quick. Really impressed with how they handled the whole situation!!
TOTAL SCAM - DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!I bought a sidearm from this company and it literally broke at the handle the second time I used it. I sent them photos of the damage and they completely ignored me. They refused to give me a replacement or my money back, even though the thing was brand new.This is obviously fake and defective merchandise, and they don't care about fixing it for their customers. They don't want to stand behind what they sell at all.Already reported them to the consumer protection agency and to Amazon where I originally placed my order
