I grabbed some heritage breed pork chops during one of their sales and after completing my purchase, I got a message saying I could apply an extra discount code to future orders. I reached out to them and they actually called me back right away. No hassle at all - they just applied the coupon to my first order instead. Great stuff. When the pork chops arrived they were packed frozen, so I sent them a quick email. They explained that this particular cut always ships that way and apologized because the website didn't make that clear enough. They've since updated their product pages. The representative also suggested I call in when I place my next order and promised another discount as thanks for dealing with the inconvenience. You can tell this company really cares about standing behind what they sell. Plus, I have to say these are hands down the best pork chops I've ever had. I'm definitely going to be ordering again soon.
