If this company is still under the same management, I'm not holding my breath. Every day that passes without getting my order or a refund feels like they're banking on customers like me just giving up. I put money down in good faith and haven't seen a dime back. Don't bother with their January sales either, that's just marketing noise. Save yourself the trouble.

Got my trainers and they were damaged right out of the box. No return address included with the order, so I had to use their label. Got charged for return shipping even though I didn't damage the product. Can't get anyone to respond to messages or calls. Steer clear of this place.
