Customer service has been completely unresponsive. This seems to be happening to multiple customers. Previously, I ordered a Wine colored bag and received one tagged as Cranberry, which are listed as two separate colors on their site. I had to cover the return shipping cost. Another order in Ecru came with paint chipped off, and again I paid to send it back. When I ordered a Lucca Bag, they cancelled it via email after a week without any explanation. When I finally reached someone through their chat, they were dismissive and told me to wait for an email response. The Blue bag that was supposed to be Aubergine came from Mexico. Their quality control has gotten really bad, and their customer service is just as terrible. It seems like they ship whatever they want without checking for defects and then ignore you. I live in Connecticut where they actually manufacture bags, and I visited their outlet location. It's small, poorly lit, and has the same old inventory they've had forever. You'd think their flagship store would be impressive, but it's not.
This is hands down the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Shipping took over a month, and when the bag finally showed up, it was the wrong color. They wouldn't exchange it and charged me a $10 fee just to return it. I'll never order from them again. Be warned.
I honestly think they don't care at all about their terrible reviews and poor rating with the Better Business Bureau. When I returned my bag, I was told upfront there would be a $10 fee taken out of my refund. But they didn't just take that $10, they also deducted the $10.50 I originally paid for shipping to me. So they took $20.50 total. Their shipping policy and terms say nothing about taking back the original shipping fee that I already paid for. Their staff is overseas with poor English and no real training. And they simply don't care about any of this.
I reached out three different times about returning a handbag through phone and email because I found another bag on their site that I preferred more. Not a single response. There were also no return instructions in the shipping box, which was a huge warning sign. I'm a serious fan and have owned close to ten bags from this company over the years. This is my first time buying from their website, and it's also my last. I won't be recommending them to anyone either. If you absolutely must take advantage of their sale prices, just know you're taking a big risk.
They charged me shipping even though free shipping was being offered. I sent three separate emails and called customer service over the holidays with no luck. When I finally got through, the rep was rude and refused to fix the mistake. They claimed too much time had passed, but I ordered on December 2 and caught the error right away on my receipt. My items didn't arrive until December 12. I called back today on December 29. The customer service is poor and the product quality is mediocre. Really think carefully before ordering from them. They won't stand behind their advertising or their products.
The welcome code advertised 20% off orders, but that's not accurate. I called customer service and found out it's only good on certain items. My wallet got $9 off, but none of the purses in my cart qualified for any discount.

My bag got to Chicago super fast, in just two days. It's exactly what I was looking for and the quality is fantastic. For the price, it looks like something way more expensive. This is my go-to bag now and I couldn't be happier. The ordering was simple and straightforward, and I didn't pay anything for shipping. Since I'm watching my budget, finding something this nice without spending a fortune is awesome. When there are good sales, I'll definitely be back.
