Sorted by: Most recentThe customer service and shipping are both subpar. The reps don't have current info about shipments. When I placed my order, I was promised 2 pillows and a sheet set. I asked if the pillows could be swapped for king size since I ordered a king mattress, and they said everything would ship together. They also mentioned having a warehouse in CA. But I heard nothing until I called them myself. Turns out my mattress was coming from Maryland via FedEx ground, and I wasn't getting the pillows or sheets after all. I got on a chat and asked to cancel with an immediate refund or to get a mattress from the CA warehouse instead. The agent claimed they'd reroute it but said I had to wait and receive it first before getting my money back, even though they'd already charged my card. I called their main line and spent an hour on hold, asking them to call me back instead. When they finally did reach me, the connection was awful. They switched to a different line and I explained everything again, then they just hung up and never called back. This has honestly been my worst customer experience ever.
Really let down by this purchase. I can't really give a full review of the mattress because the adjustable base never showed up. They guarantee 2-3 day delivery but we're pushing a month now and still waiting. Support keeps promising it will ship next week, then nothing happens. It's hard to judge the mattress when I don't even have a base to put it on!
