This is my third pair of their ponte pants and I'm very unhappy. After just two weeks, the waistband started falling apart. When I called to report the issue, their customer service was dismissive and rude, claiming they couldn't help since I'd recently sent them to be cleaned. I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years and this treatment is unacceptable. I'm done with them and looking elsewhere for my wardrobe needs.

I've been buying from Eileen Fisher online for about a decade now and have consistently had great experiences. Started shipping to California and now they ship to Europe for me. Their trousers fit better than anything else I've found and their silk and linen blends are gorgeous. International shipping takes a couple weeks but it's worth the wait. Never had any issues with my orders.

Ordered and paid for a shirt but never got a confirmation email. Instead, they charged my card and said the order was in process. That's where things stopped. Now I'm trying to cancel and get my money back but they're being arrogant and unhelpful about the whole thing.

Purchased shoes during their sale and ran into major issues. The website showed prices in pound sterling but the shoes that arrived were in American sizing and way too small. This wasn't clearly communicated during checkout. To make matters worse, I was charged 15 pounds just to find this out. When I left a review and was asked to contact customer service, they explained it would be 5 pounds for postage and 10 pounds to return the item. The whole situation was handled poorly from start to finish with bad information on the website and unhelpful customer service.

I really like their clothing but had a frustrating experience trying to order items for my mom. I needed delivery to a post office box, but they cancelled the order twice. After many back and forth emails and phone calls, they finally said they don't ship to PO boxes. This seems outdated for an online retailer since that's a pretty standard shipping option. They're the only store I've had this issue with. I'll probably have to order from a department store instead.

I absolutely love their timeless collection and how they combine comfort with style every season. I usually shop at higher-end department stores, but I keep coming back to Eileen Fisher. Their small pants and medium tops fit me perfectly and I get compliments constantly when I wear them. I just picked up two coordinating sets for an upcoming vacation and I'm thrilled. Shout out to their customer service team who quickly resolved an issue with my account. Really appreciate their help!

Don't get me wrong, their clothes are beautiful and classic with some truly lovely pieces. But if you're on the West Coast like me in LA and need to return something that doesn't fit or isn't the right color, prepare yourself for a month-long wait. They use USPS with some additional warehouse service where packages sit in limbo, and you can't even file a claim if something goes wrong during return shipping. Your money leaves your account instantly but getting it back feels impossible. This makes me very hesitant to order items I'm not completely sure about, especially with recent sizing inconsistencies I've heard about. After finally receiving a refund weeks and weeks later, I had to post complaints on social media just to get any traction, and even then the refund took forever. Super frustrating.

Had a great shopping experience at their Bay Area location. The clothing is high quality and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Eileen Fisher used to be my go-to for quality investment pieces that would last. That's changed dramatically. The past four or five items I've purchased have fallen apart within days of getting them, whether it's the hem coming loose, the waistband separating, or holes appearing on the first wear. I've reached out multiple times to complain but get nothing but silence. It's frustrating because I have sweaters from discount retailers that are twenty-five years old and still going strong, yet these expensive pieces can't make it past the first wearing. Really disappointed.

I've been a customer for eighteen years and had always relied on their online ordering since I don't live near a store. Recently everything has gotten worse. The sizing is all over the place, the materials feel cheaper than they used to, and their customer service has basically disappeared. Calls don't get returned and when they do respond, they're argumentative instead of helpful. I'm probably going to stop ordering from them.
