I have to add an update because I'm really impressed now. A manager from the company called me back an hour after my initial review. This person delivered the kind of five star service you hope for when ordering online. They solved my problem and actually made me feel like my concerns mattered. On December 6th I ordered something that showed as in stock with next day shipping. By December 10th I still hadn't heard anything about my shipment. When I finally called them, turns out it was actually out of stock and wouldn't be back for ten more days. Obviously this ruined my Christmas gift timeline. The first rep I talked to basically gave me a shrug and said sorry about the website, but that was it. No attempt to save my business like offering free shipping or a discount for the days wasted. I get that supply chains are complicated, but the initial lack of effort from customer service really bothered me. Then the manager called and everything changed.
