Misleading listings and they won't take responsibility I booked what was listed as a 4 star hotel in Chicago but the room was cramped, had no room service, a broken AC unit, and was disgusting with insects everywhere, ants, and spiders all over. When I complained, both the hotel and Expedia blamed each other and refused to do anything about it. I had to escalate to the financial ombudsman and dispute it with my credit card company. Don't book through them, check other sites instead. They're operating a scam.
