It seems like people mainly write here when they have problems, and I gotta say I was nervous after reading all the negative comments before I placed my order. Got a couple sweaters for my wife's birthday, and when we needed to return one, I was honestly expecting the worst. But I wanted to share that (1) those sweaters were really beautiful and actually a solid price for the quality we got, and (2) the return process was straightforward and hassle-free, even here in the UK.
After posting about my experience online, my issue with Falconeri got resolved quickly. I hadn't gotten a return label for my purchase and couldn't connect with anyone by email or phone. Once I shared my story, I got the label sent over and my money back within a week or two. I'll definitely place another order since everything had gone smoothly before. Maybe they were just overwhelmed with volume at that particular time.
Wish I'd found these reviews sooner. Put in an order on Friday and never got any purchase confirmation. I sent several emails to customer service and nothing came back. Tried messaging through Instagram too but got the same result. My credit card had the charge but I had no idea whether my order was even going through. Absolutely terrible experience. Update as of mid-December: finally got a reply from their support team and my order arrived. Love the brand but they really need to get their online system and response time under control.
