What Shoppers Say About Falconeri
Falconeri receives highly polarized reviews, with shoppers either praising the quality and longevity of their cashmere pieces or expressing frustration with manufacturing defects and customer service. Those satisfied with purchases report that well-maintained cashmere items hold up excellently over years of wear, with elegant designs and extensive color options. However, the majority of reviews highlight serious concerns: customers report quality control issues including loose or crooked stitching, seams coming apart, and premature wear on expensive items. The most consistent complaint involves refund and return processes, with multiple shoppers describing refunds as stuck in the system for extended periods, slow processing times, and difficulty obtaining credits or exchanges even for defective merchandise.
Price point appears to be a significant factor in customer disappointment, as shoppers investing substantial amounts (including during sales) expect higher quality standards and responsive customer service. Several reviews mention that the brand's refusal to honor returns or provide support, especially for customers traveling from locations where the brand does not operate locally, has created lasting negative impressions. While some loyal customers attest to the durability of their pieces when properly cared for, the volume of complaints about both product quality and post-purchase support suggests systemic issues that have not been resolved.

Sorted by: Most recentAwful customer service. Went into the store in New York and worked with staff who took my order online. Despite me telling them my address over and over and getting them to confirm it, they entered it wrong. Then when I called to cancel, the company said no way. Had to contact my credit card company to fix this mess since I don't have time to keep making calls. Won't be shopping there again.
I'm really frustrated with these items and how they handle things online. Grabbed four lightweight sweaters over a couple months from their store in Manhattan. I only wore two of them once each, washed them the exact way their tag said to do it (cold, gentle wash), and both came out full of holes. When I tried to contact them through their website support, every single message failed because of some error that kept saying my request couldn't go through. This is so disappointing.
Waiting forever on a refund. They claim they got my return but keep dragging their feet processing it. I wasn't planning to come back here anyway. UPDATE: After sending multiple emails and finally having to call them directly, then responding to yet another email saying I needed to wait a few more days (mind you, I'd already been waiting a month), they finally refunded me following my call and gave an apology. Still not thrilled about doing business with them going forward though.
Submitted a review in early June and got a response from their customer care team about two weeks later saying they'd reach out privately. I gave them my reference number but nothing has come of it. They came back with technical language saying since we'd worn and washed the sweater, it can't be returned per their terms. They also mentioned other reviewers are still waiting for refunds from months back. The main thing we're asking for is the tax portion of what we couldn't claim because of their mistake. Even that's being denied. I have the reference number and multiple emails to back all of this up, but they won't budge.
Watch out for their misleading pricing. I bought something in their physical location but their website had a 25 percent off deal running. I paid full price. I reached out three different ways but got either radio silence or unhelpful responses. A luxury brand should respect their own pricing, period. I even offered to take a future gift card as a solution but they weren't interested in keeping my business. Their so-called membership club is basically just a scam to mark down already cheap items. I won't be going back to this place.
Overrated brand with really bad quality. Way overpriced too. Spent 350 dollars on what they claimed was cashmere and it shrank and lost color after the first wash.
Been waiting for my order placed in early April that cost over 1,200 dollars. I paid extra for express delivery too. We're now nearly three weeks later and they haven't even started preparing it to ship. I can't get them to respond about canceling and getting my money back. I paid through PayPal and they won't cancel since the funds are being held for 30 days. So I'm stuck without the clothes I need for an upcoming trip with my family, and can't access my money either. I've emailed repeatedly and gotten nothing but the runaround saying my messages went to the right department, but clearly they never actually get reviewed. Nothing gets resolved. This is absolutely unacceptable. My funds are tied up and their customer service doesn't seem to care at all. I can't even shop elsewhere because all my money is locked up.
Still haven't gotten back my 248 dollar refund from returning something in December. Tons of phone calls, conversations, and emails but still nothing sorted and barely any replies. Reading all these other horrible reviews, I now realize this is the same problem everyone has. How do they even stay in business?
Product looked decent when it arrived. I ordered two sweaters but needed to return one. Their return system is backwards. You have to sign up to get a return label and then wait 24 hours before you can access it. When I tried to get the label after waiting, it just kept looping me around with nowhere to actually find the label. I emailed their support team with no response. Their phone customer service line doesn't even work. Now I'm questioning whether the sweater I'm keeping will hold up after one wash. Seriously outdated process.
